What a summer without salads! They must certainly be included in the diet of both those who monitor their weight and those who are not afraid of fullness.

Green salads from fresh vegetables are tasty, appetizing, rich in “living” vitamins. You can experiment with cabbage, cucumbers, onions, spinach, and other goodies as much as you like.

But a special salad diet is an exception. It is based on components that we can not do without all year round.

The diet is calculated for 2 weeks. It is good, for example, to get in shape before the holidays. If you have enough time left, feel free to sit on a salad diet – it will help to lose up to 7 kg of weight.

First week

During the day you can drink 1 liter of 1% kefir.

6 large onions, 6 broth cubes, parsley root, 2 sweet peppers, half a large head of cabbage, 2 cans of tomatoes (400 g) and fresh tomatoes, 4 large carrots. Chop the vegetables, dip them into the broth and cook for 1 hour. Season with soy and a mixture of aromatic seasonings.


1st day: eat various fruits (except bananas) and as much soup as you wish. The calorie content in such food is so small that if you adhere to the recipe and regimen, you can lose weight up to 1.5 kg per day.

2nd day: eat various vegetables in raw or boiled form – as much as you wish, excluding peas and beans. Of course, eat unlimited soup.

3rd day: fruits and vegetables, except bananas and potatoes. Well, and the soup.

4th day: bananas (5-6 pieces), skim milk, and, of course, soup.

5th day: about 300-400 g of boiled beef or chicken breast without skin, or fish and tomatoes – as much as you want and at least 6 glasses of water, soup.

6th day: eat beef with salad (tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, green bell peppers) – as much as you want, and, of course, soup. Fruits are banned.

7th day: boiled rice without oil with salad; vegetables / root vegetables, fruits, sugar-free juice, tea or coffee all day long as you wish. Do not forget about the soup.

During the diet, you can drink only mineral water, tea, coffee without sugar and vegetable juice. Alcohol is prohibited.

Raw food diet

There are many supporters of “live” food – as this type of diet therapy is called, as a raw food diet. They are happy to eat vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, herbs in their raw form, in small quantities they use vegetable oils obtained by cold pressing.

Eating raw foods is a type of strict low-fat vegetarian diet. It’s very difficult to stick to such a nutritional formula! Meat, fish, poultry, milk are excluded from the diet.

Women who consume raw foods for a short time help to cope with gynecological diseases – for example, doctors prescribe to eat raw foods for 2-4 weeks in case of chronic premenstrual syndrome, menstrual cramps and fibrocystic mastopathy.

Dinner: a large portion of salad (dry seaweed, avocado, various vegetables, including leafy) with lemon juice or vinegar and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Before going to bed: carrots and any medium-sized fruit.

Beginners should eat raw foods for no more than two weeks. At this time, make sure that the plate contains vegetables and fruits of different colors, eat more seeds, seedlings of legumes and grains, as well as oatmeal, a little bread, eat more often, take multivitamin and mineral supplements.

Fashion model diet

The diet of slender German Claudia Schiffer promises a seductive opportunity – to lose 3-5 kg of weight in 3 days.

For breakfast, you can eat one soft-boiled egg. After 3 hours – 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese, which should be washed down with green tea.
