Please help me on homework.

I need to know some great tips on health. Like when to sleep. what not to do to maintain our health, what to do regularly, what foods to eat, what foods have fiber, iron, etc....

But its for teens healthy lifestyle. thanks.

HI..

1. To avoid diseases like hepatitis and Typhoid, eat 5 basil leaves everyday.

2. For tooth ache, keep a clove on the affected area.

3. Have a mixture of gingelly oil and egg, for 3 days, for menstrual disorders.

4. You will get a great relief from menstrual pain , if you have a gooseberry daily.

5. Boil the leaf of Malabar nut, squeeze its juice and add egg white. It subsides cough.

6. Eat the powder of dried ginger and cumin with sugar for relief from cough.

7. Have the mixture of mustard paste and honey for good relief from cough.

8. For a good relief from cough, mix equal quantities of basil juice, honey and ajwain juice and drink on an empty stomach.

9. Are you suffering from urinary infection? Drink a glassful of water with a pinch of cardamom powder.

10. Have a mixture of lemon juice and honey when you are suffering from cold.

Eating a food with fewer nutrients is a waste food. If we are eating food for getting an energetic body, then use only the food that contains lot of nutrients. There are a lot of health tips that are generated day by day. We heard these health tips on Television channels advertisements etc. Also lots of health tips are written in health magazines also. Some of these tips are natural and others are artificial. The natural tips do not harm the body.

Well it is not hard to stay healthy in your life. Just be curious about your foods and take them according to your plan. Simple exercise and workouts makes you fit and healthy.

Nutrition and health tips are really a very nice and it help to all,take a dry-fruit and take a healthy food and take also a juice,fruit,vegetables daily,Boil the leaf of Mala-bar nut, squeeze its juice and add egg white. It subsides cough,eat the powder of dried ginger and cumin with sugar for relief from cough,have the mixture of mustard paste and honey for good relief from cough and must care about a food and this are really a help you to stay a healthy.

Some health tips are:

1. Always prefer fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
2. Drink 8-10 glass water per day.
3. Do some exercises regularly.
4. Avoid junk food and oily food.
5. Take protein drink twice in a week.
